Tsoga Africa Theatre Works will from March 26 to 27 presents The Briefcase-Unpacking the Budget Speech through theatre.

Directed by Gabriel Modise and written by Modise and Kealeboga Tsheko, The Briefcase will be held at Molapo Theatre and it will be in two parts, corporate night on March 26 and International Theatre Day night on March 27.

The play will unpack the Budget Speech with particular interest on issues of social welfare affecting Batswana.

“We will unpack it to make it understandable to every Motswana out there who might have difficulty in understanding it,” said Modise in an interview.

He said the play would touch on issues which they believed an ordinary Motswana would be interested in and wished for a better understanding on such.

A two-hander stage and edutainment play, will cast Modise and Tsheko, with music composition by Ntirelang Berman. Ends
