Yownn Yoga starts the year with vision boards and wellness brunch

21 Jan 2025

Yownn Yoga will host a Reset & Refresh Yoga Brunch this Saturday at Ate@Design in Setlhoa, featuring a grounding yoga session, guided vision boarding, networking, mimosas, and brunch.

Speaking in an interview on Monday, the founder of Yownn Yoga, also certified Yoga teacher, Bonolo Phaladze explained that the event aligned with the brand’s mission to promote sustainable wellness practices.

“This is for anyone looking to recharge and refocus their energy, especially at moments of transition,” she said.

She noted that the yoga session would combine Hatha and Yin styles, offering a gentle yet energising experience suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. The session aims to relieve stress, restore energy, and encourage mindfulness through focused breathing and movement.

As the year begins people make new year resolutions, therefore the guided vision boarding session, led by life coach Nana Kgosidialwa will help participants translate their aspirations into actionable goals.

According to Phaladze, this activity also allowed attendees to dream big while charting a purposeful path forward. Shedding the light about the venue Ate@Design, she said it was chosen as the venue for its tranquil and stylish ambiance, therefore this complemented the event’s focus on relaxation and inspiration.

“The intimate setup will also encourage organic networking and meaningful conversations among participants,” she explained.

Phaladze also added that beyond the structured activities, the event offered an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals over a wholesome brunch paired with mimosas. She expressed her hope that attendees would leave feeling re-energised, inspired, and part of a supportive community equipped with tools to maintain balance in their lives.

To make wellness accessible and enjoyable, she said in the future Yownn Yoga is planning to host similar events, with the Reset & Refresh Yoga Brunch forming part of their broader commitment. ENDS
