Botswana Music Union awards Saturday

The Botswana Music Union awards scheduled for Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC) this Saturday will be broadcast live on Btv.
Updating members of the media on Thursday, awards coordinator, Seabelo Modibe said they had moved the event from Royal Aria to GICC for easy access to the location and the need for the aesthetics around the venue.
“The red carpet moment will start from 6pm to 730pm. The live broadcast will start at 8pm and doors will close immediately at 730pm as the red carpet show comes to end,” he said.
Hosted by DJ Fresh, Pertulia, Jazzelle and Miss LB, the awards ceremony will be flavoured by four medley performances as well as individual pieces.
Tickets for the awards are already on sale and were limited due to limited seats. ENDS
