23 Jan 2024

Ban T and Veezo View have dropped Let Her Be Her single.

The single was released together with video during the festive season.,  The song  is a plea to let the ladies be and not judge them.

It talks about a lady who has her own money and property, taking care of herself.

The duo of Ban T and Veezo View released and shot the music video for the song whilst on holiday in Cape Town in December.

“To us work is our second nature and whenever we are not working, we feel like we are wasting time,” said Ban T.

He, however, added that it was sometimes not a good thing because they also needed to rest. Produced by Obvdo of Faded Gang and mixed and mastered by Veezo View, the music video showcases Cape Town’s features with pristine beaches.

“We made this song in December. Ban T sent me a hook and I already knew I had to write a verse. I put in my style and flair and talked about the good lifestyle of Gaborone,” said Veezo View, adding that the song was already a hit without the verse.

Veezo View further explained that they decided to shoot the visuals themselves.

“We work together on some projects like on our album OTV2, but mostly we just exchange materials and put in our verses and hooks separately until we actually link up and complete the project with mixing and mastering,” Veezo View said.

The year 2024 is looking great for this talented duo, and they plan to work on other projects.

“I want to drop a project this year. I do not have a name for it yet but it is on the books,” Veezo View said hinting that it might be his last album in a long time as he wanted to take a break.

He said he wanted to venture into engineering along the lines of mixing and recording artists.

Similarly, Ban T said he also planned to release an album this year.

Not sure about the timeline, Ban T said he wanted something well thought of and well timed.

“I have never dropped an album before, and this will be my first album,” he said.

He also said he wanted to expand into television, adding that he was jumping into YouTube as a way of preparing himself for television.

Having diversified with events, Ban T said this year he would be growing the WhySo Group entity.

“I want to take it internationally. I am trying to get into the Ghana market and other countries,” said Ban T who already launched WhySo Group in South Africa.

He started WhySo Student Nights last August in Johannesburg and the project is coming up well. ENDS
