The Grand Palm Resort was a place to be on Saturday as it hosted Express Yourself Fashion Gala hosted by Collections by Bk Proctor.

The water fall area was transformed into a balance between fauna and modern design, providing the perfect backdrop for the Bk Proctor’s Collections fashion show.

Bokang Proctor, the brand owner, stood at the entrance, welcoming guests to the event as the brand celebrated five-years anniversary.

Dressed in one of his designs, he displayed confidence and passion for his brand. 

The back of his suit was engraved Made on Earth, a subtle yet powerful proof of his commitment to the craft.

This display not only showcased his impeccable style, but also highlighted his humility.

The show kick started with an opening by Mafitlhakgosi traditional dance troupe. 

The talented rapper, Luvuyo Lejowa, also known as Veezo View did his thing as the models showcased the latest collection from the brand.

As models waltzed the ramp, the hip hop artiste, Baanthata Mokgwathi, popularly known as Ban T, gave a stellar performance, giving models confidence to showcase designs from elegant wear to edgy street wear.

On one hand, award-winning artiste Hanceford Magapatona, better known as Han-C, also served guests with his Setswana songs such as Maloba jaanong kare le go tlhabetse kind of vibe and his collaboration song with Charma Gal, Itsatsaula

Models continued showcasing the impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail of the garments. 

The choreography and music added to the overall experience, creating a sense of excitement and anticipation.

Captivating performances by Thato Modukanele, widely known as Chef Gustos’s new album, Expensive Music also left guests in awe as one of the artistes in the album, Samantha Mogwe gave a splendid performance.

The event wrapped up with old school kind of music through he likes of Neyo’s Sexy love, Bongo Maffin’s Thati sghubu among others.

BK Proctor gifted all the guests with various packages worth more than P3 000.

Since their establishment in 2017 Collections by BK Proctor was official launched in August 2018 and it has steadily grown and now, in 2023, they are proud to celebrate their fifth year milestone in the industry.

Throughout these years, the brand has continuously explored diverse lifestyles and they have utilised their creativity as a means to drive positive change. Ends
