Botswana Craft will this Saturday host African Heritage Tour concert featuring South Africa’s Jesse and Moss Mogale alongside Botswana’s sensation Lister Boleseng.

African Heritage Tour is an initiative by Jesse Mogale with the support from Arts Council of South Africa and the Gaborone show is part of his tour. 

Boleseng will complement this tour with his vast experience spanning over 30 years and having toured with his band in various countries such as Switzerland, China, Japan, Germany and other European countries.

He recently released his third album, Pelo Yame. 

Known for his mellow and soothing contemporary jazz tunes, Mogale is expected to give jazz enthusiasts their money’s worth with a memorable performance. 

He has performed in major festivals and venues such as The Market Theatre in Johannesburg, Baxter Theatre in Cape Town, Troppens Theatre in Amsterdam, and Harare International Festival of the Arts in Zimbabwe as well as the famous National Arts Festival in Grahamstown, South Africa. 

His latest studio project is the Heritage from an African Continent album released in 2020.

Botswana Craft has recently been avoiding night time events, and the African Heritage Tour is one event which will be held during the day. 

Meanwhile, the Mascom Live Session is expected to be back next month.

The show will start at noon and tickets are sold at P200 from Botswana Craft in advance. Ends
