Little Miss Junior Idol world, Duduetsang Matheakgomo has gifted Molapowanojang Primary School with a printer, courtesy of IT Distributors Company.

Duduetsang who won the title recently in Thailand, presented the printer at Molapowanojang kgotla in an event held to welcome her back home.

She encouraged youth to believe in themselves noting, determination and hard work made everything possible.

She said she was inspired by her sister to join the pageantry world when she was only five years-old and ended up winning Miss All-Pre Schools in Botswana.

Area MP, Dr Edwin Dikoloti gifted Duduetsang with a cow and left it to her, to choose the breed of her choice.

He appealed to every parent, to ensure that children were raised to be responsible adults, adding that parents, regardless of their relations with any other child, should know that they had a duty to guide children.

Dr Dikoloti said Duduetsang’s win put Botswana and Molapowanojang on the international map, a feat other youth should emulate.

A local company, Sta Cherry pledged to cater for Duduetsang’s local travels pertaining to the pageant. Ends
