Black Coffee is expected to perform at Royal Aria Stadium on November 12, courtesy of Kulture.
The Grammy Award winning South Africa DJ last performed in Botswana in 2015.
A resident of Hi Ibiza in Spain, Black Coffee is due to perform alongside local DJs and groups in what is expected to be a memorable music show.
During a press conference recently, Thato Mochipisi of Kulture said they hoped to have a full day event for their patrons to experience the musical talent.
Mochipisi said they strived to encourage and promote day events to cater for all people.
Black Coffee’s performance in Botswana, she said, would not only boost the entertainment industry, but give young performing acts motivation to work hard and appreciate the industry.
She said young artistes and DJs would learn a lot from the event.
DJ Fresh, DJ Kent, PH, Themba from South Africa among others, are scheduled to perform as well as Han C, Dato Seiko, Mpho Sebina, Benny T and Casper the DJ, among others.
Mochipisi said part of the proceeds from the event will go to the 16 Days of Activism event.
She also noted that they had allocated food stalls to the youth of Tlokweng as part of their community engagement from the show. Ends
