Miss Botswana 2021, Palesa Molefe is in the top 27 Miss World Talent finals.

Molefe is the third Miss Botswana to Qualify for the talent fast track.

Former Miss Botswana Juby Peacock and Boingotlo Motlalekgosi had also qualified to be in the Miss World talent finals in the past, in the years 2003 and 2004.

Some of the activities Molefe participated as part of the competition included the head to head challenge where contestants’ speaking and thinking abilities were tested.

The challenge also assessed the contestants’ presentation skills on their projects.

Her recent video about the challenge that went viral is when she was educating the world about what ululating meant in her culture       Molefe’s post on Instagram said the head to head challenge was to see beyond the beauty “Today we got to see beyond the beauty and tap into the minds of the wonderful women who are here to represent their countries.”

The beauty Queen also attended an orchestra concert where in her Instagram page she said  the show gave her ‘goosebumps’.

“Amazing orchestra, great story telling and a perfect start to day four” Molefe said.

The 22-year old from Mochudi born had dinner with other contestants on her second day at the Miss World.

The theme for the challenge was ‘casual with flat shoes´, which

Molefe honoured by wearing local brands, a strategic way of marketing Batswana to the world.

Batswana are implored to continue voting for Molefe at Mobstar on social media.

Many votes will avail chances of her to be on top 30 as the winner of the Miss World Multi media automatically qualifies.

On Mobstar Molefe has over 4 million likes and during the thanksgiving dinner she posted a video where she thanked Batswana for their continued support in voting for her.

The Miss World 2021 competition is hosted in Puerto Rico and the voting lines for the competition closes on December 16. Ends
