Avani Resort and Casino will on November 20, host South Africa’s Ntombezinhle Jiyane, popularly known as Dj Zinhle during the Avani Lifestyle Fired Up with Dj Zinhle show.

Dj Zinhle who was awarded the coveted Forbes Woman Africa entertainment last year will play her decks alongside various local Djs and musicians to an event that promises to be a spectacular affair as it ushers in the festive season.

In an interview, Avani marketing executive, Thapelo Mmono said the event would be an exciting occasion where all five senses would be ablaze and merged into one exhilarating element.

“We have begun the process of activating two of those senses with a scent and food tasting selection for those who will be in attendance,” Mmono said, adding that preparations were underway and progressing well.

Mmono said Avani always intended to conceptualise lifestyle events that were beyond having fun, in order to inspire guests and as such, DJ Zinhle’s achievements made her the right fit for the event.

“Zinhle has several successful businesses and this makes her the perfect guest to come and share her experiences with others,” she said.

She said Dj Zinhle would have conversations with guests on the day, engage with aspiring Djs and entrepreneurs about her journey and have a set where she would perform.

“We want to showcase the best of hospitality and entertainment where our guests will not only be inspired but treated to a night of luxury coupled with good food and music,” Mmono stated.

Avani lifestyle is an annual event, which forms part of the vision of positioning the resort as a preferred social and sport hub of Gaborone that celebrates food, music, luxury living and most importantly Batswana. Other supporting Djs  and artistes such as DJ boogy Sip and Dato Seiko.  ENDS
