Matisha launches Marriage Good Tidings

Married couples have been advised not to allow their parents or relatives to interfere in their marital matters.
This was said by author of Marriage Good Tidings Otutile Matisha.
Speaking at the launch of his book in Kasane on Saturday, Matisha described marriage as the union of two people who have decided build a future together.
He encouraged people to not fear matrimony because of their past experiences, urging people to involve God in their marriages.
The Serowe-born writer, said in an interview that he was inspired to write the book because he realised that people never talked about the good part of marriage.
“I got married and that is where I saw the goodness of marriage,” Matisha said.
He encouraged married couples to always support each other, in good or bad, adding that marriage was created for companionship.
He thanked those who helped him throughout his journey and urged companies to support him as he was about to write other books.
Marriage Good Tidings is a revelation of marriage according to Christianity. It consists of eight topics, such as what keeps a married couple; beauty of a woman; he who finds a wife; among others.
One of the guests, who is also author of Darker Minds novel; Neo Nthobatsang said one of the challenges writers faced was Batswana lack of interest in reading do their books. Therefore, she encouraged young and upcoming writers to keep pushing despite the challenges. ENDS
