Taukobong releases another Jazz song

Jazz artiste, Rachel Taukobong has released a music video and single, titled Ntlole, that cautions couples on the dangers of having multiple partners.
Taukobong told BOPA in an interview that the courts were inundated with cases of marriage wrecking and hoped that the song would positively impact on individuals to desist from such especially that it caused children a lot of pain.
He said jazz like gospel had an effect to bring people together.
The singer views family as a powerful tool for peace hence doing right can mean a peaceful society.
She reckons the video had made it in social media and Btv adding that most people related well with the packaging of the video and not only the lyrics.
Taukobong started her career as a gospel singer in 2009 and released a number of albums before switching to jazz in 2018 with a debut album, Serantabole.
“My first jazz album was Serantabole, produced and recorded by Touch records. It did well in the market given it was a debut album,” she said.
Taukobong has shared her intentions to collaborate with other local jazz singers for growth.
Jazz, she said was a respected genre and most, especially women gained recognition because of it. ENDS
