“The public health situation allowing, DCT looks forward to hosting Domboshaba - 2021,” states a press release.

Started in 2000, Domboshaba Cultural Festival was the second of its kind in the country and has been held every year since without fail.

In a press release, DCT says today, Domboshaba is a formidable brand and one of the largest cultural festivals in the country and has become an indelible part of Botswana’s cultural calendar. “Domboshaba attracts thousands of tourists both domestic and international”.

According to the release, Domboshaba inspired many cultural festivals around the country, which together have given rise to cultural tourism as an economic activity and in the process made a considerable contribution to the development of the performing arts.

The DCT says it is aware of the ever-present anticipation of the event by both attendants and stakeholders. ends
