Upcoming R&B as well as Hip-hop music artiste, Kotshepe Morokotso, trading by the name Indian Boss in music cycles, has dropped a new four-track album titled Ntlogele ke tsamaye produced at Ionic Studios by Kgosi Maburu.
In an interview, 26-year-old Maun-based artiste said his love for music was influenced by some of Botswana’s famous artistes such as ATI and Spiza Valentino who motivated him to pursue music career.
His passion for music, he said started while he was at primary school where he used to sing for the school choir.
He was also a member of Botswana Alliance Movement political party choir and then realised that he had talent through the support he was getting from his colleagues.
Indian Boss explained that his album was inspired by the fact that he faced a lot of challenges during his teenagehood stage adding that it was important for parents to build strong relations with their children.
The artiste said he had offered electrifying performances in many different occasions and was able to attract multitudes of spectators, something which keeps motivating him to continue in his journey.
Like any other artiste, Indian Boss pointed out that his dream was to be an internationally recognised musician and also urged some of the corporate entities to sponsor him so as to develop his music.
“I have received a lot of support from Batswana and I would like to thank them as they have played a very pivotal role in uplifting my talent,” he said.
He said the album was available in some shops adding that he could also be contacted through Facebook if one wants to buy his CD. ENDS
