Reigning Mrs Botswana, Keletso Linchwe, has launched a charitable organisation, Sone Setho, derived from the hashtag ‘ke sone setho seo” after scooping the Ms personality award, which was given to the person who reflected warmth, kindness and love to all. 

Linchwe said she came up with the name when representing the country at the Mrs Universe pageant in December 2018. 

She divulged that the organisation was about giving back to the community by promoting human welfare. Its main objective will be on women and both the boy and girl child. 

Furthermore, she revealed that it would bring about positive change in the behavioural patterns of society and help through motivational speaking, professional counselling and donations to the less privileged. 

On behalf of the Vice President, Assistant Minister for Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration, Machana Shamukuni said Mrs Botswana came up with a noble gesture of forming a charitable organisation. 

He said the organisation would offer her an opportunity to do more good and make a difference as well as advance causes that she believed in. 

He pointed out that government was committed to supporting and facilitating all charitable organisations in order for them to fulfill their mandates of assisting the less privileged of the community. Ends
