Voice of Change receives P70 000

The Voice of Change Hymn night has received aP70 000 sponsorship from MedPlus Medical Centre.
In his address at the donation ceremony on January 18, Water Utilities Corporations chief executive officer, Mmetla Masire applauded MedPlus for its commitment to improving the lives of the youth.
Masire noted that MedPlus had in the past also sponsored various programmes including sport tournaments.
He said the company had sponsored the tournaments consistently for the last five years.
Therefore, he said such sponsorship programmes show commitment to continuous improvement of lives, particularly of youth who were vulnerable naturally, yet holding the future of the country in their hands.
He further said the greatness and positive impact that MedPlus had made and continued to display did not go unnoticed.
For her part, MedPlus board director, Dr Oatlhoka Nkomazana said MedPlus saw a lot of potential in young people hence their association with them.
She said they believed Voice of Change could contribute efficiently to the economy of the country, therefore their talent needed to be nurtured and developed.
MedPlus Medical Centre is a one stop Centre, which comprises health facilities such as dental care clinic, an optometry clinic, physiotherapy clinic, a pharmacy, a general practitioner, counsellor and pathology lab. ENDS
