Francistown West elections underway

Voting going well in Francistown West.
Presiding officer, Mr Wilie Laolang said the polling station at Kanana Ward opened on time.
So far, he said everything is running smoothly as planned.
"We only experienced a problem of polling agents who came late," he said.
Voting is also reported to be going well at Mahudiri Polling Station, where voters turned up in large numbersl.
"The first person cast their vote around 6.30am," said the presiding officer, Ms Patricia Diane.
The constituency is represented by Ignatius Moswaane of Umrella for Democratic Change, Nfundisi Hendrick of Botswana Patriotic Front, Chimisi Nthusi of Botswana Congress Party and Samuel Kealotswe of Botswana Democratic Party. Ends
