Ntlhaile honest trustworthy candidate - Boko

Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) leader, Advocate Duma Boko has described UDC parliamentary candidate for Gaborone North Mr Shawn Ntlhaile as an honest, consistent and trustworthy person.
Officially launching Mr Ntlhaile in Gaborone on Sunday, Adv. Boko appealed to Gaborone North residents to vote for UDC, saying the party advocated for decent jobs and decent lives. He said that UDC would use its manifesto as a social contract, to better the lives of all Batswana, promising an inclusive growth and quality lives for all.
To ensure decent lives for all, he said UDC would introduce the following; P4 000 living wage, an average salary of P10 000, 400 000 to 500 000 jobs in five years, 100 000 jobs in 12 months, P2 500 students allowances and P1 800 old age pension at 60 years.
Speaking at the launch, UDC parliamentary candidate for Gaborone Central constituency, Dr Phenyo Butale attested that Mr Ntlhaile was a capable leader who would advocate for equal rights and sustainable development.
For his part, UDC parliamentary candidate for Selebi-Phikwe West, Mr Dithapelo Keorapetse said during the 11th parliament Mr Ntlhaile tabled a motion lobbying for a living wage.
He therefore appealed to Gaborone North constituents to entrust Mr Ntlhaile with their votes.
Mr Ntlhaile was launched alongside seven UDC council candidates for Gaborone North constituency, being Mr Michael Botumile for Sebele/Airport ward, Mr Meshack Kebeileng for Tsogang-Marang ward, Mr Malatsi Mokhubami for Glen Valley/Tsholofelo ward, Mr Ginger Ernest for Gaborone North suburbs, Ms Kago Mokonopi for Tsholofelo ward, Ms Malebogo Ntambo for Tshweneng/Ledumang ward and Ms Tebogo Kakhu for Phakalane ward.
Mr Ntlhaile together with the seven council candidates promised to work amicably with their constituents and deliver on their promises. ENDS
