Mmusi attends Istanbul Interpol meet

Minister of Defence, Justice and Security Mr Kagiso Mmusi and a delegation left for Istanbul, Turkey yesterday to participate in the 89th session of the Interpol general assembly scheduled for November 23-25.
According to a ministry media release, the conference, expected to be attended by police chiefs and senior officials from around the world, will give special attention to global security issues.
Botswana is attending the general assembly at the invitation of Turkish National Police general director, Mr Celal Uzunkaya, says the release.
It says Minister Mmusi and his delegation are expected back on November 27. ends
