Permanent Secretary to the President, Mr Elias Magosi has announced senior public officers appointments, promotions and transfers.

A press release from Office of the President states that Mr Samuel Rathedi has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Director in the Directorate of Public Service Management.

 Ms Tshepo Lorraine Sepedung has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Permanent Secretary-Productivity and Skills Development from the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration to the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development.

Ms Gaolatlhe Joyce Kapele has been appointed on promotion as Director-Department of Animal Production in the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food Security.

Ms Goitseone Tsone Kokorwe has been appointed on promotion as Commissioner of Labour and Social in the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development.

Mr Olefile Mochotlhi has been appointed as Deputy Director-Skills Development in the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development.

The press release further states that Mr Kitso Kagiso Kemoeng has been appointed Deputy Permanent Secretary-Corporate Services in the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development while Mr Oupa T. Masesane has been appointed as Coordinator-Tertiary Education Transformation in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.

Col. Duke Masilo has been transferred from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to the Botswana Public Service College as Deputy Executive Director.

The press release states that appointments, promotions and transfers will effect from the date of assumption of duty. Ends
