UDC deputy leader launches Dibeela

The interest shown by the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) prospective parliamentary candidate for Mmathethe-Molapowabojang, Dr Prince Dibeela in politics is proof of his commitment towards building the nation.
UDC deputy leader, Mr Dumelang Saleshando said this when launching Dr Dibeela at Molapowabojang on Saturday.
Mr Saleshando said by joining politics, Dr Dibeela wanted to ensure that the people’s voices were heard and their needs met.
Through his good leadership skills, he has contributed a lot to the country’s Christian community hence the need to cast a vote for him, said Mr Saleshando.
He said through such skills and as a Reverend at the United Congregational Church of Southern Africa, there was no doubt that he would not represent them well in Parliament.
When UDC attains power, he said, they would improve the water challenge in Mmathethe.
For his part, Dr Dibeela said when voted he would rectify the water challenge that had been going on for a long time in the area.
He said his party was prepared to rule and create jobs for Batswana as well as fighting corruption facing the country.
Dr Dibeela he would ensure that developments were brought to the constituency.
Another speaker, Gaborone Central UDC prospective parliamentary candidate, Dr Mpho Pheko pleaded with the voters to take Dr Dibeela to Parliament.
She said Dr Dibeela was a renowned leader and also a man of God with the capability needed to represent the constituents.
She said, UDC was committed to fighting unemployment as it would create many jobs for Batswana and also improve the education system by teaching the students to be innovative and providing them with business skills. ENDs
