FCC opens door to media

The Mayor of Francistown, Councillor James Kgalajwe has assured the media that his office will continue to remain open for them.
Speaking in a press briefing, Cllr Kgalajwe said he appreciated media role in the development of the City of Francistown.
He informed them that the public relations role would be played by his office and that of the town Clerk since currently there is no one holding the office.
Councillor Kgalajwe said through reports, the media could assist to expose corruption in the council processes.
"Through your news articles you are able to expose corruption and also help prevent it,” he said.
