For his part, the Moshupa-Manyana parliamentary candidate, Mr Mokgweetsi Masisi said BDP members should not fall for the tune of the opposition parties. Mr Masisi said his party has done well to develop the country. For instance, he said about 47 091 students were sponsored by government in tertiary schools.

Mr Masisi said this year alone, government has used about P2.1 billion for tertiary school financing. Gabane-Mmankgodi parliamentary candidate, Mr Lesedi Mmusi said the BDP has a track record in developing the country and its people.

Mr Mmusi said BDP government has come up with social uplifting programs such as poverty eradication programs which their beneficiaries permanently graduate from poverty.
